Activities of alkaline phosphatase in first trimester chorion biopsy tissue

We have determined the activity of alkaline phosphatase in chorionic villous tissue obtained in the first trimester of pregnancy, in order to obtain the normal range of values as a prerequisite for application to the prenatal diagnosis of the rare bone disease hypophosphatasia. The activities found were a combination of intestinal and liver/bone/kidney types; traces of placental type were present in only one sample.     

三种固体废弃物综合利用的初步研究

从环境建设的可持续发展出发 ,结合天津开发区在基础设施及园林绿化建设中面临土源紧缺以及周边地区存在大量的海湾泥、粉煤灰、碱渣土等固体废弃物的现实 ,在详细研究了3种废物的物理、化学性质的基础上探讨了用这些废物代替农田客土的可行性。实验及推广应用结果表明 ,这些废物按适当比例混合后能够形成一种可替代种植客土的新型土壤 ,这种新型土壤的最佳配比(即海湾泥与粉煤灰或碱渣土 )比例为3:1 ,同时该配比基质对植物生长的适宜性优于滨海盐土。     

Flow cytometric method to measure urea-resistant alkaline phosphatase from blood neutrophils for use in the prenatal screening of Down's syndrome

The histochemical measurement of urea-resistant alkaline phosphatase from maternal blood neutrophils is known to have a high detection rate for the prenatal detection of Down's syndrome pregnancies. However, because the histochemical method is laborious and subjective to use, it has not gained widespread acceptance in prenatal screening programmes. We present a simple and objective method for the measurement of urea-resistant alkaline phosphatase by flow cytometry. The method should allow the design of larger studies aimed at evaluating the role of neutrophil urea-resistant alkaline phosphatase in the prenatal screening for Down's syndrome.     

绿色高强混凝土——硅灰混凝土

硅灰是冶金厂生产硅铁和工业硅过程中产生的废灰，硅灰混凝土为绿色混凝土，它不仅节约了水泥熟料，而且改善了环境，大大促进了混凝土和建筑工程的健康发展，混凝土中掺入硅灰可得到高强和超高强混凝土，用此混凝土浇制的结构物其安全度大大提高，经济效益显著，硅灰混凝土还可以有效抑制碱骨料反应，提高结构物的安全度和耐久性，延长使用寿命。     

松嫩平原西部碱尘气溶胶的时段变化及其气候影响因素分析

利用耦合等离子体发射光谱测试技术(ICP-AES)对松嫩平原西部2003年7月到2004年5月间获得的大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)样品进行了元素分析,并结合气象资料和TSP质量浓度,初步确定了碱尘活动年际内的演变规律及其主要控制因素.结果表明,TSP质量浓度的高峰时段是早春,其元素总体浓度亦高于其它时段,其中Na元素浓度具有明显的高值,表明碱尘在该时段为TSP的主要成分;晚春时段区域沙尘影响加强,很难监测本地碱尘活动;夏季,碱尘的3种重要元素(Na、Ca、K)含量增加,表明夏季有碱尘活动,与TSP浓度偏高吻合;秋季,碱尘和区域沙尘的活动均减弱.影响碱尘活动的气候因子主要是风力、降水量、温度、日照和湿度,但不同时段其主导作用不同.     

碱性环境中臭氧破解污泥的效果研究

实验研究发现,在碱性环境中臭氧破解污泥的效果下降;将污泥pH调至11,24 h后,MLSS减少率=38.3%、MLVSS减少率=45.1%;通入臭氧18 min后,MLSS减少率=18.3%、MLVSS减少率=27.2%;污泥减量过程中pH呈下降趋势.     

环己烷氧化废碱液的回收利用

介绍了一种从环己烷氧化废碱液中回收高价值有机酸的新方法。用氢氧化钠碱熔处理废碱液中的羟基己酸及其聚合物，可使废碱液中己二酸的质量分数由3．18％提高到8．74％，且环境效益和经济效益显著。     

厌氧系统中碱处理对污泥减量的影响

碱解预处理污泥和原污泥按一定比例进行混合后,投入厌氧反应器中进行消化,研究其对污泥减量化的影响。结果表明,该处理既可以提高污泥减量率,又能改善污泥厌氧消化性能,提高污泥产气量。当碱处理污泥和原污泥混合比为1∶3时,在混合初期由于稀释作用和水解中和作用,溶液的pH能迅速恢复到中性。SS减少48%,较对照组提高了10%;SCOD减少约80%,较对照组提高20%,而空白对照组因未发生溶胞作用,各参数值均处于较低水平,降解率也维持在较低水平。     

不同来源废水COD、TOC与Cl-的关系

Dechlorination of polyvinyl chloride in NaOH/ethylene glycol solution by microwave heating

This study investigated the dehydrochlorination of flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) containing 59.2% PVC, 29.7% dioctyl phthalate (DOP), and approximately 12% stabilizers. Flexible PVC was treated with NaOH/ethylene glycol (NaOH/EG) solutions at NaOH concentrations in the range 0.5–4 mol/l and was heated in a microwave heater at a temperature between 100° and 160°C for 0–30 min. All chlorides were completely eliminated by internal heating at 160°C using microwaves for 10 min in a 1 mol/l NaOH/EG solution, and the residue was made up of hydrocarbons. The weight loss rate reached a maximum of 74.7% at a temperature of 160°C. It was discovered that the use of microwaves significantly shortened the reaction time compared to using conventional electric heaters or other external heating systems and also allowed the use of lower concentrations of NaOH.
